Dear GHeL Users,
As part of GHeL's annual website maintenance, we will be removing unused accounts or accounts created with invalid email addresses from the GHeL site. If you have logged into your GHeL account in the last year with an active email account or have ever earned a course or program certificate, your GHeL account will remain active moving forward.
GHeL accounts that meet the following criteria will be removed from the site on April 15, 2022:
- If your last login to the GHeL site was more than a year ago (before April 10, 2021) AND you have never earned a course or program certificates.
- If your GHeL account was created with an invalid email address. This includes GHeL accounts created with an email address that contains a typo and therefore is not working properly. To ensure your account is not removed in this annual cleanup, please double check your email account on the GHeL site by logging in and opening up your user profile.
If you have not logged into your GHeL account in the last year and have never received a course certificate, or if your account was created with an inactive email address, here is what to do to ensure your account is not removed in this annual cleanup:
- Log into your GHeL account (https://globalhealthlearning.org/user/login) before April 10, 2022, AND
- Edit your GHeL profile to ensure your account is created with a valid email address.
Please share this message with your colleagues in case they don't visit the site as often as you do.
GHeL Support Staff.
